The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances held across those accounts and permanent suspension of access.
2.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 3.2 You agree to notify batik88 immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security.
3.3 batik88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account using your valid credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, unless and until you notify batik88 of a compromise.
3.4 Account sharing — permitting another person to access or use your account — is strictly prohibited. Accounts are non-transferable.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the batik88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). batik88 does not apply currency conversion charges for MYR transactions.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. batik88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Available methods may change without prior notice.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via supported payment methods are credited to Member accounts promptly upon confirmation of receipt. batik88 is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's financial institution or payment provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. batik88 targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using Touch n Go eWallet or Boost, subject to system availability and security review requirements. batik88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Member's account section. These limits may be adjusted by batik88 at its discretion.
4.6 Third-Party Accounts. Members may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Transactions to or from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
5.1 batik88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs ("Promotions") to Members. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Promotional credits cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the forfeiture of the promotional credit and any winnings derived solely from that credit.
5.3 batik88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of Promotions, including but not limited to coordinated betting strategies designed to extract guaranteed profits from promotional terms ("bonus abuse"), will result in the cancellation of the relevant Promotion and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Members may only participate in each Promotion once unless the Promotion terms expressly provide otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim Promotions multiple times will be subject to the single account policy set out in Section 2.2.
6.1 All bets placed on the batik88 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or event. These rules are accessible within the relevant game or betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.2 batik88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of technical malfunction. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to the Member's account.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, batik88's decision shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12.
6.4 batik88 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for its virtual games and slots. Live casino games are streamed from independently licensed studio operators. Game outcomes are not manipulated by batik88.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batik88 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

10.2 batik88's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 batik88 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions.
batik88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the batik88 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Members who do not accept the amended Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which batik88 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to the internal dispute resolution procedure of batik88.
12.2 To initiate a formal dispute, Members must contact [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute" and provide full details of the complaint. batik88 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 14 business days.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, it may be escalated to the independent dispute resolution body specified by batik88's licensing authority. batik88 will cooperate fully with any such external review process.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
